Swimming as exercise and swimming as a sport has immense value. Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water.
Swimming is a good all-round activity because it keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs, tones muscles and builds strength provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming. St. Paul's Academy is an educational institution and it cannot deny social service for the needy and poor. Free ambulance facility is provided to needy and poor local patients. The facility is available from 6.00 am to 6.00 pm. Call: +918145460390
St. Paul's Academy also provides free English education for local poor students. Free English classes are conducted only on Saturday ( 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm) and on Sunday ( 10.00 am to 12.00 noon). Students of class IV and above or students of 10 yrs or above age can only avail this facility.
