Swimming as exercise and swimming as a sport has immense value. Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water.
 

Swimming is a good all-round activity because it keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs, tones muscles and builds strength provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming. Other benefits of swimming Swimming has many other benefits including:being a relaxing and peaceful form of exercise alleviating stress improving coordination, balance and posture improving flexibility providing good low-impact therapy for some injuries and conditions providing a pleasant way to cool down on a hot day being available in many places – you can swim in swimming pools, beaches, lakes, dams and rivers. Make sure that the environment you choose to swim in is safe. St. Paul's Academy has their own swimming pool in the school premise for their students and  St. Paul's Academy is the first School in Burdwan to provide such a sport to their students. Students can enjoy the sport under the guidance of trainer.

Social Service

Social Service

St. Paul's Academy is an educational institution and it cannot deny social service for the needy and poor. Free ambulance facility is provided to needy and poor local patients. The facility is available from 6.00 am to 6.00 pm. Call: +918145460390

St. Paul's Academy also provides free English education for local poor students. Free English classes are conducted only on Saturday ( 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm) and on Sunday ( 10.00 am to 12.00 noon). Students of class IV and above or students of 10 yrs or above age can only avail this facility.
